Dear The Gladney Center for Adoption, Date: February 5, 2013
This office is ready to schedule an interview for the I-600 petition filed on behalf of
the below applicants.
1. Case Number (ADD20343424)
Family Name, Child Name (Dollahon, Bayesh Walker)
Interview
slots are available Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00am or Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 1:00pm. Please indicate your three preference dates and
send them to us by email. We will send you a confirmed appointment date
and time after checking our available slots.
We
urge adoptive parents not to purchase plane tickets until after their
appointment is confirmed as we cannot accommodate all requests and
ticket change fees can be very expensive.

note that it is the agency’s responsibility to ensure that a child’s
original documents (passport, birth certificate, etc.) are complete and
accurate – and that the child has been cleared for travel by the panel
physician – prior to the visa interview.
When
in communication with this office, please provide your agency’s name,
the child’s full name, and the case number exactly as shown in this
letter.
Sincerely,
